Please excuse my use of this thread to reach the Datsun Owners Club of Tasmaina, however please advertise this thread to your members.
I am assisting a family member with a deceased estate, specifically a 1980 Datsun 200B Wagon. The vehicles 90+ yo owner has recently passed away and was the owner vehicle from new. In short the vehicle has always been garaged in Hagley (orignally purchased in Launceston I believe), never spent a night out in the open and only used to go to Launceston for shopping, golf and bowls etc. 73,000 km on the clock, absolutley stock standard, never crashed. I'm organising some photo's to email to intersted individuals.
Currently I live in Adelaide and am acting as a go between for my family. Thus if you want to know more please text me on 0418 286 861 and I'll put you in contact where the car is housed. As for the price, I believe the family will apply a expressions of interest style approach.
Please feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions, I'm a fellow car enthusiast, but british cars - so a Datsun would look horribly out of place in my garage! Thus I realise members of the Datsun club might be more interested that a general public auction.
