before i start, i am not from tassie, but i will be gracing all of you with my presents as of his saturday. im studying down there so i'll be around.
so here we go...
i picked this one up only two weeks ago. got a roady check done on it the next monday and here's what needed to be done:
*pedal pads
*fuel leak at carby
*master cylinder leaks
*drivers side window reg
*pin bushes
*rod bushes
*engine oil leak
*2 lower ball joints
*tyres
*gearbox leak
*floor shift boot broken
*tail shaft replace
*rear wheel cylinder
*break stop test
*front rotors
*adj and bleed brakes
*head light switch (the douche bag couldn't work out how they worked. ended up pulling the switch of!)
*Front Parkers not working
*boot seal (what the?)
*repair seats
*repair parcel shelf
now that's seems like more when you type it all out.
that was last monday, and the following monday, 1 week later it goes back to the same guy to get the bushes and ball joints done. (and a wheel alignment) and all that's to do is
*fuel leak at carby
*master cylinder leaks
*rear wheel cylinder
*break stop test
*adj and bleed brakes
*boot seal (what the?)
i couldn't see either of the leaks in the carby or master cylinder so i just asked the mechanic to take car of them. so a grand later and i have a fully road worthy car.
any now some photos...
ones from the website i found it on
got home and discovered it had an amazing disappearing bonnet!! :giggle:
and putting the siblings to work
all washed and polished, taken last night
and then when i realized it looks so much nicer without the flash. look at the shine
well that's all for now, they roady will be complete by tomorrow ready to get shipped down on saturday with me. ;D
