I was thinking of a engine transplant for my 1200 coupe. Maybe Suzuki G13B 1300cc DOHC or the M16A 1600cc DOHC ??

Another possible option is Suzuki M13A 1300cc or Toyota 4AGE or even the Mazda MX-5 B6 1600cc.
Has anyone used these model engines in a datsun ??

naturally aspirated SR20? you dont see that many conversions with this engine, everyone goes for the turbos. probably not a bad choice, easier to get registered! ;D great for a daily driver. And it will still fly because 1200's weigh about as much as my shoe nice one

My engine arrived today. down side is the dizzy comes out the back and is going to hit firewall. Now to engineer a way around it or hack into the firewall with the angle grinder.
