Hi All, I just found this site, with direction from Wombat. He spotted me & my new toy on a US forum. I have just scored a Nissan Silvia CSP311...body number...#311...which I think is pretty cool I have been a lover of Datto's from when I was a kid. I can recall going to Warwick motors in Hobart with Dad a total of 4 times to take delivery of brand spanking Datsuns. A red Hot 120Y in bright red, white vinyl roof & cream interior...Powerhouse car . Next, a very bright Datsun Sunny in yellow...with a velour seat material....that caused a bad friction burn when I was mucking artound in there when I was a kid...that stuff burns...lol. Then, my favourite, a white Datsun Stanza SSS. Very cool car...although, I do recall asking Dad why a car that looked that good, didnt actually have any engine upgrades etc. Last, was a Nissan Bluebird Adverturer sedan. Nice car. Last a long time. It was actually involved in a roll over accident, that saw it tumble down a bank & roll 4 times, ending up on its roof. Amazingly, the insurance company said fix it!!. Anyway, thats for the directions, Wombat. Happy to see a club in TAS. I am located in Hobart. I may well be selling my latest aquisition, as I had to buy 2 cars, to get the one I was after. But then again, it is growing on me Regards, Rob J

Hey the dude up the street from me (Clare St in New Town) when I was growing up had a red 120y with a cream/white vinyl roof. I bet it was the same car! Good to see another member joining up! Cheers Clyde.

Hi there Rob and welcome to the Group. Good to see your holding on to the Silvia. Sorry to hear the Kombi had to go.
