mount nelson 1600

many of you probably know of the stock white 1600 in mount nelson which nobody has ever been able to buy.

apparently they are now selling and were going through the vast collection of 'do you want to sell' notes in the glovebox people had left on the windscreen. My mate got a call the other day about 10 years after he left a note - they want about 6 grand!

anybody else leave a note or got a call?

Never ever seem to get a callback from those notes, have left a fair few on various cars over the years!
One in particular, I left a bunch on the RT40 Corona ute that used to be near Hobart tip, they never called back and I later found it out was crushed. People are stupid.

he already has a 1600, got it when he was 18. he reckons he looked at this one at the same time, but decided on another that was manual. his mates mum saw his 510, wanted one and dad took her to buy this one. shes owned it since. thats the story he tells me. they did the auto box in it and threw a 180b sss engine and box in it.

now im just waitin to get my hands on his old one
