Got a free inspection done on the 180b the other day and to get them sorted at the shop iv been quoted $250. That's for wheel cylinders and linings (just the back Im guessing). Things I noticed that these dudes didn't mention are the leaky reservoirs , muddy fluid, shudder coming down the outlet and the fount right locking up from time to time.
So can any one recommend a shop who is reasonable and does a quality job in the south (pm if need be).
Can any one tell me why a car so far ahead of its time put drum brakes in the back and disk in the front, what's the advantage here?
While I'm pulling the brakes apart should I not try an “upgrade” to disks at the back? Guesses at price v advantage?
Thoughts, opinions, advice?
