Yeah m8 just about ready to go getting wheel alignment today then clean up and i am there hopefully can kick the flu by then as it has been hanging around for a couple of weeks now.

hope you kick the bug Boost, Bluerat i have seen those crazy A series motors on the net, factory racing jobs some of them. some even have vauxhall twin cam heads jammed onto them!

I saw some photos from the clubday and noticed Mick was running. Must have been checking everything was fixed after the troubles he had at Symmons last round.
If he can do those times in the Integra then he'll be close to the pace of Calvert and Banks. That's impressive for a 2 litre! And didn't you say he was only 16?!?!
What's on at Symmons this weekend?

Were they 1600cc Wombat?? The PB210 ran in the 1977 Southern Cross rally with the late, great Sheka Mehta driving. It ended up 6th behind 3 710 works cars. I wonder if it's the same motor?
My intrest in the Cherry has just moved up a notch! It will dominate Motokhana's with this little 'Mod'.

Anyone read the new Aussie Muscle Car mag?? Freddie Gibson has some interesting veiws on the Bluebird Turbo!! and some creative engine sizes in the Z18!!

Well the before shots looked good m8. Got it home had a look at it don't think it will be to big a deal got it going again had sheared the rotor button off must not like going back through the gears so hard lol.

So did you bring the times down a bit from last time Boost? Getting the handling a bit more sorted? What sort of times did the Prelude do at Symmons? That article with Fred Gibson sounds similar to one he did with Zoom a few years ago. Was talking about the 'special qualifying engine' they ran one day and FIIK switch they ran in the cars among other things

I was talking to Mr house (Father) and he said with the gearing not suited to the track and Garwood in the porsche holding him up in the corners the car was doing 1.02 laps.

Sorry to hear about the damage Promising signs though. If you're doing those times on crappy radials then I reckon good tyres should see you somewhere around the 1:09 - 1:10 mark. Sounds like it won't take too much more work to get down to some reasonable Targa C times. Nice Work! By the difference in times between Baskerville and Symmons I'd say the Prelude must handle awesome and Housey Jnr must be a pretty damn good steerer. Can't wait to see it in action. Does anybody know if he's going to run some super series rounds?

Something like Lawson's 200SX which has heeeeeeaps of power will do similar times at both Baskerville and Symmons. Where as cars like Scott Waters Escort which handles awesome but doesn't have heaps of power does 61's around Baskerville and somewhere around 66's around Symmons. That's why I was saying the Prelude must handle awesome and he must be a pretty good steerer.
