Yeah m8 between that and the house has been busy will get some pics up of the whole resto when i get more time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking forward to see how it goes did 1:14.53 at symmonds with a shagged motor, 34mm thottle body, 3psi boost and 400m of pipe between the airflow meter and the turbo. Now she has a new motor, 53mm skyline throttle body, 9psi and the airflow meter is right next to the turbo so should be some room for improvement and thats before the new brakes and a wheel alignment but after my last effort out there he might not let me have a drive lol.

haha, I think he needs to approach Cadbury for sponsorship so he can but that up the side of the 1600 Sounds like the pulsar should dip below the 1:10 mark with all the improvements then Boost? I reckon the boy better give you a drive after the amount of work it looks like you've put into it!

I reckon the boy better give you a drive after the amount of work it looks like you've put into it! The way the missus goes through cadburys its like i sponsor them so i would only be getting my money back lol but a good thought If it goes under 1.13.00 would be very happy sure there will be a chance to find out. Are you running on Sunday thought i might head out for a look might catch up if you are there!.........

would that be the 3.5 out of my gold coupe Scando? hope it works for you. Nah, it's one Mick gave me last year. It does have your half shafts in it though. I've still got your drive shafts to give back to you too.

Today topped off a great year for the targa class Datsuns in this years super series. Matt Grace won the day for Targa C to cap off his complete domination of the class for the year. He won every round and would have won driver of the year (most points from any class) had he not done his clutch in the final. I got the round win for Targa B and the series win. And Bill Fulton won the series for Targa A in his R32 Skyline, new model Datsun

Thanks Ricecutter Not to sure yet on the plan for next year. I was considering having a go in Targa A but they're dropping the Baskerville base time to 60 seconds for Targa B which should suit me fairly well so I might have a go at doing it back to back. How's this for a stat. In a field full of Skylines, Evos, Commodores, and some others, the most reliable car had a boosted L6 running through a standard 280ZX box, standard tail shaft, R180 diff, and standard uni joint drive shafts. Can't beat Datsun tough

Hi guys, is this good place to query to sell or not? its like this, I am legally blind so dont drive. I usually can see enough [bout 3percent] to know im about to run into something jus tbefore i do loL. Even though some do not understand my love for cars, big stereos loud sound etc and spending time with mates doing them up I do and it wont stop. Unfortunately I dont know to much about hands on work with cars and though I know a bit in theory about how it all works, what goes well with certain cars and setups I dont have the skill to do much work to my own 240k coupe. So with that and my wives total misunderstanding of cars datsuns and there beauty I come to wonder if I should give up on my little dream of getting my injected l24 painted and the bit of rust removed re-registered camming around or sell to hopefully a loving home to someone with a little bit of time and skill to get her on the road again. Maybe get into something bit more modern like a RX or other 2door coupe that is on the road registered etc. Please give your thoughts. A friend Nick helps me out but he is very busy and dont like asking him for his precious time. Another mate Orange moved to vic so sadly dont have many mates in Launnie now that are into cars.

Fear not Fudge the 'K is a magnificent beast, you own it so your view is from the inside looking out. Fix the interior to your partners specs or ask her for some paint for the k will live far beyond the modern mortal and its value is forever on the up, tell her its a Skyline...... ;D Long live the DATTO!!!

Thanks bro, unfortunately since I dont have enough cash to get someone fix rust and paint and fact that without help it has sat not having ve much done to it it is going. I just hope that someone sees it and wants to finish it. Anyone with some skill could do it very easily. Hope they dont live in Launnie though as seeing it get around would make me sad I think.
